Daphne Veitch serves as the Community Sales Manager at Laurel Grove by Barclay House. Based in Hoschton, Georgia, Daphne has spent much of her career working throughout Georgia and across the Southeast.
Daphne holds a bachelor’s degree and brings more than 30 years of experience in sales, business development, customer relations, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Her background includes owning and operating a business, expanding operations into new markets, and building strong customer and business relationships across the Southeast. After transitioning into senior living, she combined her sales experience with a genuine passion for helping seniors and their families, reinforcing the importance of relationship-based sales, consistent follow-up, and meaningful community engagement.
Daphne’s favorite part of working with seniors is building relationships. She enjoys hearing their stories, learning about their lives, laughing with them, and helping them create new memories. She believes that “people need people to thrive” and feels privileged to see that come to life every day.
Daphne appreciates the people at QSLM and the opportunity to make a difference. She enjoys being part of a team that understands senior living is about much more than an apartment - it is about community, connection, purpose, and helping people enjoy this chapter of their lives.
Outside of work, Daphne enjoys spending time with family, traveling and photographing her adventures, creating DIY projects, fishing, and focusing on health and wellness. She is also a history buff and enjoys volunteering with several veterans’ organizations.
For Daphne, senior living has become much more than a careee. It's something she genuinely cares about. One of her greatest joys is watching someone arrive at a community feeling uncertain and later seeing that same person surrounded by friends, laughing, participating in activities, creating new memories, and truly feeling at home.
