Meet Our Team

Jim Schneeberger is the Executive Director at Glenncrest at Webb Gin. Jim is from Buffalo, New York, and Naples, Florida. He has a BS from Hodges University, an AS from Genesee Community College, and a Certified Dietary Managers (CDM) from University of Florida. He has been in Senior Living for 39 years, having served as an Executive Director for past 13 years. 

Jim most enjoys working with seniors because no one day is the same! Yesterday, today, and tomorrow will all be different. He appreciates being a part of QSLM because the team quickly responds to issues, questions, or emergencies that may come up from one day to the next.

When he’s not working, Jim likes to spend time with his wife and work in the yard.

He says, “Seniors are wonderful, educating, teaching, outspoken, very intelligent individuals who have led lives and created pathways that have allowed them to live in these great Communities!”

Nardos Yeshitla serves as the Director of Wellness at Glenncrest at Webb Gin. She was born and raised in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and spent 20 years living in Seattle, Washington, before relocating to Georgia four years ago.

She is a Licensed Practical Nurse and graduated from Edmonds College in Seattle. Throughout her career, she has pursued specialized training and certifications, including Certified Dementia Practitioner, Certified Assisted Living Administrator, GA, and Certified Validation Therapist. Her professional journey has provided her with diverse experiences in senior living, including roles as a Wellness Nurse, Assisted Living and Memory Care Coordinator, Resident Care Director, Wellness Director, Regional Memory Care Programmer, and member of a Regional Quality Service Review Team. She has also served as a subject matter specialist for PointClickCare, OnShift, and Tableside Dining programs. 

Nardos finds great fulfillment in making a positive difference in seniors' lives, learning from their wisdom, and listening to the unique stories and experiences they share. Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families is one of the most rewarding aspects of her work.

At QSLM, she is grateful to be part of an organization that truly values its team members and prioritizes resident-centered care. She appreciates our culture of respect, recognition, and commitment to safety and well-being, which allows us to provide the highest quality of care and support to those we serve.

Outside of work, Nardos enjoys spending time with her family, going for walks, and serving in children's ministry. These experiences keep her grounded and reinforce the values of compassion, service, and connection that she brings to her professional role each day.

Athea Haskins serves as the Director of Business Operations Glenncrest at Webb Gin. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and she moved to Georgia in 2020 for a fresh start and a change in her career path. Athea has studied for Medical Assistant, Medical Billing & Coding, Medical Office, and Pharmacy Technician at various universities and vocational colleges. Currently, she is pursuing her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. 

Prior to moving to Georgia, she was a Special Education Teacher’s Assistant for 6 years. Since her move, she has worked in a senior living facility, for home health, and in the finance department at Northside Hospital.

For Athea, she looks forward to hearing the stories and memories our seniors share, and as a member of the QSLM team, she values the support and encouragement she constantly receives. 

When she’s not at work, you’ll find Athea shopping and watching movies with her teenage daughter, cooking and exploring the outdoors with her partner, or enjoying her alone-time, being creative.

Alethia is the Assistant Director of Wellness at The Glenncrest at Siegen. From New Orleans, she has an LPN license and a background in Home Health, Hospice, Alzheimer’s Dementia, and Special Needs Adult care.

Alethia’s favorite part of working with seniors is that the care the community provides makes work feel rewarding in a way that’s different from working with other age groups. She appreciates the connections made with residents and their families. Alethia is appreciative of the leadership and team members at QSLM who stay dedicated to their residents wholeheartedly.

When she’s not working, Alethia likes to fish, spend time in her garden, and work on puzzles.

Salicia Moore is the Director of Activities at Glenncrest at Webb Gin. She was born and raised in Louisville, Mississippi, before moving to Stone Mountain, Georgia. She received a B.S. in Exercise Science (under Human Sciences) from Mississippi University for Women and an M.S. in Exercise Science from Mississippi State University. With over 25 years of experience in Senior Living, she has also worked as a Recreation Therapist (RT) and later, an RT Supervisor, for Diamond Grove Center for Children and Adolescents, a branch of Community Counseling in MS.

Salicia’s favorite part of working with seniors is seeing how excited our residents get before each activity and the smiles that linger during conversations long after the event is over. She also appreciates that they notice when she’s gone. It’s better than any “thank you” because it lets her know she’s making a difference in their lives. As a part of the QSLM team, she appreciates all the support she gets. 

When she’s not working, Salicia enjoys spending time with her family and working around her house. She also has a busy church life that includes activities in the Music Ministry. 

Nigel Moxie serves as the Director of Memory Care at Glenncrest at Webb Gin. Originally from New Jersey, he has a B.S. from Rutgers University Livingston. Prior to joining the QSLM family, Nigel was an Assistant Administrator for six years and worked exclusively in memory care for over 15 years.

For Nigel, one of the most rewarding parts of working with seniors with dementia is gaining their trust and reassuring them that he will go through the journey with them and that they will be safe. That connection is priceless. As a part of QSLM, he enjoys having an upper management team who is responsive to questions and problem resolving.

When Nigel isn’t working, he loves to travel with his wife and children.

Crystal Littlejohn serves as the Resident Care Coordinator at Glenncrest at Webb Gin. Originally from Connecticut, she is a Certified Assisted Living Administrator and a Certified Dementia Practitioner. She has worked in the senior living field for over 25 years, in various roles. Her favorite part of working with seniors is the life stories that they share, especially from past eras, and she appreciates QSLM’s core values of joy and compassion. When Crystal isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family.
