Jan Hutchinson is the Director of Sales for The Blake at Bossier City. Jan has more than 20 years of experience in the travel industry and has lived all over the world. She is a native of Shreveport. Her favorite part of working with seniors is being able to reminisce about the old days and watching their eyes light up when they talk about their families. She is excited to work with a company with such good morals and down-to-earth personalities. She loves that The Blake puts the residents first!

JANE HOWELL
Director of Business Operations
Jane is from Indianola, MS, and has been in the healthcare industry for over 45 years, with 15 years of experience in Assisted Living. When she is not working, Jane enjoys reading, sewing, spending time with her three grandchildren, and cheering on the football team coached by her son.
JOHN EICHLER
Director of Facility Management
John is originally from Shreveport, LA. He has extensive knowledge and experience in maintenance, which he has worked for over 37 years. He worked for Doctors' Hospital, Lifecare Hospital, and now for The Blake at Bossier City.
John’s favorite part of working with seniors is that they are always happy to see him. He truly enjoys working with our residents and guests. When John is not working, he is spending time with his family, especially his grandkids.
Paul Schiro
Director of Dining Services
Paul is the Director of Dining Services here at The Blake at Bossier City. He is originally from the Southern Louisiana area close to Lake Charles.
Paul holds a Culinary Arts and Business Management degree from BPCC and has worked in the Food Service industry for 25 years. Prior to making the move into the Senior Living Industry, Paul worked in multiple industries, including Culinary, Retail, Catering, and Management.
Paul's favorite part of working with seniors is being able to make them smile; he says that their smiles make his day. Paul also enjoys building relationships with our residents.
When he is not working, Paul enjoys fishing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
