Bre Wright is the Director of Memory Care at The Blake at Bossier City. Born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana, she earned her Bachelor of Science from Dillard University and her Master of Public Health from Louisiana State University at Shreveport. She’s also a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and maintains current CPR certification. Bre has a background in public health, leadership, and dementia care, which has prepared her to advocate for older adults and create meaningful, engaging experiences that enhance their quality of life.
Bre’s favorite part of working with seniors is getting to love on them every day and walk alongside them through their journey. They are more than just residents to her; they're become an extension of her family, and it's an honor for her to be a part of their lives.
Her favorite part about working at QSLM, specifically at The Blake, is the beauty that lives within our community. From our incredible team and amazing residents to the exciting activities and outings, every day brings new opportunities to laugh, connect, and make lasting memories together.
When she’s not at work, Bre loves spending quality time with her family, friends, and fur babies. She’s fun-spirited, adventurous, open-minded, and always excited to try something new, because to her, the sky is the limit.
She says, “I truly believe I am walking in my calling. I feel that God intentionally led me to this profession, and I don't take that responsibility lightly. Every day, I strive to give my very best to our residents because they deserve exceptional care, genuine compassion, and to be treated with the dignity and love they've earned. Being able to make a positive difference in their lives is one of the greatest blessings of my career.”
