He understands the nuances of working in a resident’s private space—prioritizing patience, clear communication, and minimal disruption. From ensuring peak air quality to keeping walkways safe in the winter, his work is driven by one goal: providing our seniors with the worry-free lifestyle they deserve.
When Michael is not working, he enjoys the sights and sounds of New Orleans.
