Michelle Killin is the Director of Sales at The Blake of Pensacola. She moved from Alabama to the Emerald Coast in 2020. She has always had a passion for serving others, especially in the senior community.

Michelle’s favorite part about working at The Blake is meeting new people every day and helping to guide families in their decision to make the amazing community at The Blake their home. And how wonderful does she think the Blake is? In her words, “It’s like a cruise ship that hasn’t left the port! Beautiful and full of great amenities and chef-prepared meals!”

When she isn’t at The Blake, you can find her out on the boat with her husband Scott and their pups, Bandit and Nellie, or spending time with her “large, funny, and loud” family.

April Richardson is a dedicated healthcare professional with over a decade of experience in the industry. She began her career in 2010, right out of high school, as a resident assistant. Through hard work and determination, she advanced to the role of night supervisor while working as a medical technician.

Driven to expand her skills, April earned her CNA and worked full-time in long-term care. After gaining valuable experience, she pursued nursing school and became an LPN, marking the start of a fulfilling career in various healthcare settings, including emergency rooms, long-term care facilities, assisted living, and home health. Her commitment to patient care has taken her across Florida, from North Florida to Fort Myers, focusing on improving long-term care facilities.

April is particularly passionate about caring for geriatric patients, especially those with memory deficiencies. Her work reflects a deep sense of purpose, and she takes pride in providing compassionate, high-quality care. Always eager to learn and grow, April is dedicated to enhancing the lives of her patients while striving to improve every facility she serves.

Bethany Daily is the Director of Business Operations at The Blake at Pensacola. She grew up as a missionary kid in the jungles of Colombia, South America. Bethany is married and has five children.

She has worked in senior healthcare for over 30 years and has experienced all aspects of senior living. Bethany began her career as a nurse’s aide and steadily advanced to her current position. She holds a Core license as an Administrator for Assisted Living and has played a key role in opening three new senior living communities in Florida.

Although she once tried to leave the field, her love for the residents and passion for senior living brought her back.

The best part of working with seniors, she says, is getting to hear their stories and walking alongside them during this season of their lives. “I love being able to be the ear that listens and the heart that cares about our residents.”

When she’s not at work, Bethany enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing at home. She also loves to travel and learn about different cultures.

Chuck Davis is the Assistant Director of Sales at The Blake of Pensacola. Chuck is a native of the state of Maine and has recently lived in several other states, in support of his family’s military moves, ultimately finding his forever home in Pensacola. Chuck’s background in secondary education, downhill ski coaching, healthcare administration, and sales lends itself to his passion for serving people of all ages. Chuck enjoys meeting new people, supporting families who need guidance throughout life’s journey, and is dedicated to offering service for all those in need. Chuck earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Finance from the University of Southern Maine. He is married to his wife Kit, and together they enjoy spoiling their four grandchildren. Chuck’s interests include watching college football, home improvement projects, and watching the breathtaking sunsets on Pensacola Beach.

Charline first called Pensacola home in 1997. She has taught adult education, became a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.), and then a Licensed Practical Nurse (L.P.N.). In 2016, she began to pursue her love for the elderly and first joined The Blake at Pensacola as the Assistant Director of Activities for the weekends. She was promoted and now serves as the Director of Activities at The Blake at Pensacola. She believes it is her pleasure to serve this community.

Jazmyne Boucher is a proud native of the Florida Panhandle with a deep-rooted passion for caring for others. Although she officially became a nurse in 2020, her commitment to serving the elderly began in 2011 when she accepted her first caregiving position. Since then, she has made it her mission to provide seniors with compassion, love, and exceptional care.
Today, Jazmyne serves as the Director of Memory Care, where she continues to advocate for residents and their families with heart, dedication, and a genuine sense of purpose.

Todd Burson, Director of Facility Maintenance for The Blake at Pensacola. Todd is a 20- year Navy Veteran with more than 40 years of experience in planned preventative maintenance.

Todd manages several staff in various positions and is an Escambia County Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Team member for The Blake at Pensacola. He thrives on difficult challenges and is extremely level-headed in emergency situations. Burson has been instrumental in the success of Assisted Living Communities in NWFL with 20 years of deficiency free Life-Safety inspections and assisted in 14 years of deficiency-free State ACHA inspections. He holds care and safety-first foremost for residents and staff at all times.
