Tim Jones is very excited to be the General Manager here at Whealdon Estates by Barclay House. He is originally from Opelousas, LA and later relocated to Ocean Spring, MS for twenty-seven years. He attended Graduate School at the University of Southern Mississippi where he obtained his Master of Social Work degree. Tim is the proud father of two daughters and grandfather to two grandsons. He has worked in healthcare for the past 34 years, in a variety of settings, and credits himself as being a people person. In his leisure time, Tim enjoys working outdoors, going to the beach, and spending time with his family.

Tina Lipps
Director of Sales
Tina Lipps is the Community Sales Manager at Whealdon Estates by Barclay House. She is from South Louisiana and has lived in Mandeville/Covington most of her life. She has held a Realtor license through the state of Louisiana, as well as a Senior Relocation Specialist designation, since 2004. She has 14 years of experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care, having worked as a Director of Business Operations and a Sales and Marketing Director. She also has experience as a Hotel General Manager.
For Tina, working with seniors has been the most rewarding career of her life. She loves the challenges they present, the forgiveness they offer, and the teaching they provide. She feels that she has so much to offer seniors in safety, time, and love. As part of the QSLM team, she loves the support of her colleagues and residents.
When she’s not working, Tina enjoys sailing and flying in small aircraft. She also enjoys reading and learning how to do her job better.
She also has two wonderful children—a 17 year old boy and a 19 year old girl—who are finding their way into adulthood and in the beginning of college. Tina says that they are better, funnier, cooler, and smarter than her. Their life goals are solid, and they have had so many life experiences with people and places they’ve visited. She’s the proudest mama on Earth because of her children.
Evelin Alberto
Director of Business Operations
Evelin serves as the Director of Business Operations at Whealdon Estates, where she plays a key role in ensuring the community runs smoothly. In her position, Evelin manages resident and vendor payments, oversees building operations, and handles human resources tasks such as payroll and hiring—supporting both the team and the residents with care and precision.
Originally from Tegucigalpa, Honduras, Evelin now calls Denham Springs, Louisiana, home. She holds degrees in Computer Engineering and Business Administration and brings over a decade of experience in administrative and operational leadership. Her background in managing teams and driving efficiency has equipped her to thrive in her role at Whealdon Estates.
For Evelin, working with seniors isn’t just a job—it’s about caring for what she considers her extended family. She takes pride in making residents feel truly at home and ensuring their needs are met with compassion and respect.
What she values most about being part of QSLM is the diversity, the strong sense of teamwork, and the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally within a supportive environment.
Outside of work, Evelin enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their 3-year-old son. She loves cooking for her family and spending time outdoors at the park. For Evelin, Whealdon Estates isn’t just where she works—it’s a place filled with heart, purpose, and community.
Lucy Fowkes
Activities Coordinator
Lucy Fowkes is the Activities Coordinator at Whealdon Estates by Barclay House. Originally from Woodbridge, Virginia, she has lived in Baton Rouge for the past 5 years. Lucy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in violin performance from Louisiana State University. Most recently, she was a Preschool Teacher, as well as an Administrator for a summer camp sports/swim department. She also has experience in painting, swimming, and music instruction, as well as challenge course/zip line instruction. She was the Program Assistant for the LSU UREC’s outdoor recreation department, where she managed inventory and assisted in planning and leading outdoor adventures.Lucy’s favorite part of working with seniors is hearing about their life experiences and seeing the humor they bring each day! Her favorite part of working at QSLM has been the support, patience, and willingness to help she’s received from her fellow coworkers. She’s excited to continue to grow in her current role.
When she’s not working, Lucy enjoys painting and creating any kind of art that she can, as well as spending time outdoors hiking, camping, kayaking, and swimming. She also enjoys reading and learning about world history.
Andrew Dill
Maintenance Coordinator
Andrew Dill is the Maintenance Coordinator at Whealdon Estates by Barclay House. Originally from Denham Springs, Louisiana, and he has 7 years of maintenance work experience, including electrical, plumbing, and remodel work.
Andrew most enjoys working with seniors because of the recognition and appreciation they give him, and he loves being a part of the QSLM team because everyone is extremely understanding and kind.
When he’s not working, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family and playing Dungeons & Dragons with friends. He’s also a huge LSU fan—"Geaux Tigers!”
LaShare Holmes
Executive Chef
LaShare “Share” Holmes is the Executive Chef at Whealdon Estates by Barclay House. She was born and raised here in Baton Rouge. She is ServSafe certified and has an Associate’s in Culinary Arts from Virginia College Culinary School. She has over a decade of experience in her field. She has worked as a line cook and a Dining Service Director in both Assisted Living and Memory Care communities, as well as a Banquet Chef at the Hilton Capital Center and an Executive Chef at the Crowne Plaza. She loves to cook, and while she enjoyed her experience in the hospitality industry, she feels most rewarded working in healthcare.
Share’s favorite part of working with seniors is listening to their awesome life stories and receiving amazing advice from them, and she enjoys being a part of the QSLM team because of the opportunity for growth.
When she’s not working, Share likes spending time with her daughter, which usually involves shopping, playing sudoku, and singing karaoke. Plus, fun fact: she collects rubber bands from asparagus spears for her rubber band ball. It currently weighs about 15 pounds!
