Meet Our Team

Michelle Lemoine is a Baton Rouge native who serves as the Community Sales Manager at Whealdon Estates. She holds a degree in Business Management from Southeastern Louisiana University and brings a background in human resources, project management, and compliance work with Caring to Love Ministries.

Michelle began her career in senior living three years ago and quickly discovered her passion for connecting with seniors and their families. She loves hearing their stories and learning from their wisdom, finding joy in building relationships and helping new residents feel at home.

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys listening to music, cheering on LSU and the Saints, and watching LSU baseball. She also loves riding horses with her daughter and spending time relaxing by the lake or the beach.

Evelin serves as the Director of Business Operations at Whealdon Estates, where she plays a key role in ensuring the community runs smoothly. In her position, Evelin manages resident and vendor payments, oversees building operations, and handles human resources tasks such as payroll and hiring—supporting both the team and the residents with care and precision.

Originally from Tegucigalpa, Honduras, Evelin now calls Denham Springs, Louisiana, home. She holds degrees in Computer Engineering and Business Administration and brings over a decade of experience in administrative and operational leadership. Her background in managing teams and driving efficiency has equipped her to thrive in her role at Whealdon Estates.

For Evelin, working with seniors isn’t just a job—it’s about caring for what she considers her extended family. She takes pride in making residents feel truly at home and ensuring their needs are met with compassion and respect.

What she values most about being part of QSLM is the diversity, the strong sense of teamwork, and the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally within a supportive environment.

Outside of work, Evelin enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their 3-year-old son. She loves cooking for her family and spending time outdoors at the park. For Evelin, Whealdon Estates isn’t just where she works—it’s a place filled with heart, purpose, and community.
