Meet Our Team

Kimberly Jones is proud to serve as the Executive Director at Barclay House of Baton Rouge. A native of Baton Rouge, she holds a Bachelor of Science and is a licensed Nursing Facility Administrator who has spent the past 20 years working in long-term care. Throughout her career, she has served roles ranging from floor care staff to facility leadership to corporate operations and compliance. She also has experience working in quality improvement with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Quality Improvement Network. These experiences have shaped her approach to leadership, with a strong focus on quality and compliance, along with accountability and resident-centered care.

Kimberly’s favorite part of working with seniors is getting to know them and their life experiences. Her passion for this field began at a young age, and she was deeply influenced by her relationship with her grandparents. They held a very special place in her heart and instilled a deep respect and appreciation for the elderly. 

Working for QSLM, she appreciates the commitment to quality service and the desire to stand out in senior living, as well as the dedication and investment in employees. She feels that QSLM’s core values and excellence truly matter. 

Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets. She is a proud parent of three wonderful children who keep her very busy and grounded. They remind her daily of the importance of family, connection, and trust—values she brings to this community. 

Chris Caire is the Director of Sales at QSLM. Originally from Lake Charles, Louisiana, he has lived in Baton Rouge for the past 30 years. He graduated from LSU with degrees in Nutrition and Business Administration and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner.

With over 10 years of experience serving seniors—and more than four years in various roles within this community, including Director of Sales, Executive Director, and Memory Care Director—Chris brings both passion and expertise to his work. He especially values the opportunity to build relationships with residents and their families, saying he learns something new from them every day.

Chris enjoys being part of a company that shares his values and appreciates the strong network of support across QSLM communities. Outside of work, he enjoys exercising, spending time with friends and family, creating art, and caring for aquariums. His favorite place to unwind is the beach, where he loves fishing, paddleboarding, and playing beach games with his family.

Natahsa Davis serves as the Director of Wellness (DOW) at Barclay House of Baton Rouge. A Baton Rouge native, Natasha studied nursing at Our Lady of the Lake College. She has been a nurse for almost 15 years. She has worked as both a DOW and an Assistant DOW, and she has experience in assisted living, long term care, behavioral health, detox, and wound care. 

Natasha loves listening to the seniors she works with tell her about their lives, and she enjoys working at QSLM because she feels like she’s part of a team. She says, “We feel like one big happy family.”

When Natasha isn’t working, she likes to read and watch movies.
