Avis Scott is the Director of Business Operations at Dogwood Terrace by Barclay House. She is from a small town near Lynchburg, VA, so small that unless you know the area, you’ve probably never heard of it. Avis earned her BBA from Averett University and a Master’s in HRM from Strayer University. Most of her professional experience has been in the insurance and manufacturing industries, but she has found a passion in working with seniors. She is always amazed by the lives her residents have led. Her favorite part of working at QSLM is the flexibility it provides.
In her spare time, Avis enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, serving as a CASA volunteer, and participating in community volunteer work through her sorority.
