Andy Yarborough brings extensive development experience to QSLM. He has actively directed the development, financing, acquisition, and marketing of commercial real estate properties throughout the southeast. As CEO of QSLM, Andy plays a lead role in site selection, market analysis, legal and organizational structure, finance, pre-development, and development services for our communities. His unique perspective on creativity and design in development, coupled with his steadfast implementation of critical project underwriting and analysis, has solidified his position as a core component of QSLM, aiding in the company's success in the senior housing market. Andy graduated from Hampden-Sydney College with a Bachelor of Economics degree.

Leland Rice
President
As President, Leland leads internal management operations, ensuring our teams are effectively aligned and working cohesively toward our strategic goals. Previously, he served as Chief Growth Officer and Vice President of Development. Leland's focus areas include strategy development and execution, enterprise growth, organizational design, and development activities. Before discovering his passion for senior living, Leland's career centered on emerging-market investment strategies and business intelligence. During that time, he lived and worked in 13 countries across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. Leland graduated with honors from Hampden-Sydney College and completed executive education at The London School of Economics. He and his wife, Claire, live in Pensacola, Florida, with their son and daughter.

Jeanne Anderson, CPA
Executive VP of Finance
As Executive Vice President of Finance, Jeanne Anderson oversees all accounting and tax functions of QSLM. She is a CPA practicing in Mobile, Alabama and has over 30 years of public accounting experience, including 17 years as managing partner of Shumock & Anderson, LLC. She attended the University of South Alabama and Spring Hill College, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the AICPA Tax Section and the Alabama Society of CPAs. She credits her parents for a instilling in her the importance of integrity, respect for others, gratefulness, and living each day with a PMA – "Positive Mental Attitude". She and her husband live just outside of Mobile in "God's Country." They are the proud parents of four grown children, three beautiful daughters-in-law, and eight precious grandchildren.

Terry Myers
Chief Financial Officer
Terry Myers, MBA, has held senior-level finance positions with national senior living companies, including American Retirement Corporation, Brookdale, Sears Methodist Retirement Systems, and other healthcare companies in an interim capacity. His experience includes serving as a Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Finance, Senior Director of Planning and Analysis, Financial Analyst, and Consultant for various companies. He has deep experience in all areas of senior living, including acquisitions, new development, lease-up, recapitalization, and stabilized operations.

Aaron Prosser
Chief Growth Officer
Aaron Prosser is the Chief Growth Officer at QSLM, and is responsible for construction project management, as well as providing support for future development. He is from Orange Beach, Alabama. His favorite part of working at The Blake is being able to use his skills to find innovative solutions to difficult problems. He loves being able to contribute to the team and helping to create an excellent experience for our residents from the ground up. When he isn’t working, he enjoys being outdoors. He is an experienced saltwater fisherman, and he is very knowledgeable about local wildlife.

Russ Myles
General Counsel
Prior to joining QSLM, Russ was engaged in private practice with two preeminent law firms for more than twenty-five years. He represented business, banking, and real estate development interests in a wide range of complex, high-stake matters and was frequently engaged as outside general counsel for a number of start-up companies and long-term clients. Russ served three years as a National Director for the Defense Research Institute (22,000 members), where he most recently chaired the External Policy Group of the Center for Law and Public Policy. He also served in leadership roles at the International Association of Defense Counsel and Lawyers for Civil Justice.
Russ has published and lectured on matters involving antitrust, predatory pricing, false advertising, and professional liability. He’s admitted to practice in the Fourth, Fifth, and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court. Russ is a graduate of Samford University and NYU.

Will Otis
Executive VP of Operations
Will is the Executive Vice President of operations for QSLM. He has been working in senior living for more than 13 years, and he can lay claim to being our very first senior leader who began his career as a personal assistant. Will started working his way through college as a caregiver at Morning Pointe Senior Living in Chattanooga, and he learned very quickly that he had found his calling. In the years after college, Will worked in a number of leadership roles. He’s served as an Executive Director, a Senior Executive Director, an Operations Specialist, and most recently as an RVPO and then VP of Operations with Dominion Senior Living.
Will holds a BS in Health Science and an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Southern Adventist University. When not working, Will finds his joy in cycling, running, and embracing the outdoors. He and his wife Sarah, along with their 4-year-old daughter Amelia, reside in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Tiffany Cooey
Senior VP of Sales & Marketing
As Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Tiffany supports new development communities, live operations sales, corporate marketing, and sales revenue growth for QSLM. Tiffany started in January 2014 as a Director of Sales for The Blake and has lead sales in various other roles within the QSLM family to include Regional Director of Sales, Regional Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and currently Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. She graduated from the University of West Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a specialization in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing. She also received a sales management certification. As a proud Pensacola native, Tiffany has served in various senior advocacy groups within the Pensacola community and she is a graduate of Santa Rosa Leadership, class 30. She and her husband enjoy spending their time with their two small children & their two goldendoodles.

Laureine Dice
VP of Wellness & QA
Laureine is a Licensed Practical Nurse with over eight years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining The Blake she worked in assisted living as a Charge Nurse, a Director of Nursing, and a Director of Resident Care. She joined The Blake in 2014 as a Director of Wellness at The Blake in Pensacola and rose to the rank of Regional Director of Quality Assurance and most recently to the Vice President of Wellness and QA. She is ALF Core Certified, IV Therapy Certified, and holds a Practical Nurse with Multi-State Compact License.

Tracy Van Norman
VP of Accounting and Treasury
Tracy Van Norman oversees the Accounts Payable operations of our communities. She brings over 25 years’ experience in accounting, budgeting and data analysis. Her initial years in public accounting and subsequent experience in the software industry led her to years of providing consulting services to CPA firms across the country with database and reporting needs. After 11 years of overseeing the business and financial operations of a prominent educational institution in her role as Business Manager, she joined The Blake by QSLM in January of 2021. Tracy holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The University of West Florida. She and her husband Jarvis live in Pace, Florida and are blessed to be the parents of Austin and Alexis.

Kevin Qualey
VP of Strategic Finance
Responsible for structuring, strategic planning, investment planning, and budgeting, Kevin formally joined QSLM after working extensively with the team in his role at LongueVue Capital (“LVC”). At LVC, Kevin was engaged in investment analysis, portfolio management, and business development. Before LVC, Kevin was on the investment team at Liberty Hall Capital, evaluating business models from software to heavy manufacturing that served the global aerospace industry. Prior to his career in private equity, Kevin spent two years as an investment banker in New York at Macquarie Capital where he worked on transaction advisory, term loan underwriting, and hybrid equity investment analysis. Kevin graduated cum laude with an A.B. in Government and a citation in Bahasa Indonesia from Harvard College, where he was a captain on the rugby team. Kevin, originally from South Carolina, enjoys spending time in (or on) the water, watching Jeopardy!, and following sports, especially Gamecocks football (and whoever is playing Clemson)

Connor Harkey
VP of Facility Management
Connor Harkey is from Mobile, Alabama. He has been certified as a Registered Roof Observer (RRO) by the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC). He has also worked as a Commercial Roof Consultant and Project Manager at Thompson Engineering.
His favorite thing about working with seniors is finding and taking any opportunity to help them or make their day better; he finds it extremely rewarding to enhance their quality of living. His favorite part of working at The Blake is being a part of a great team. “Everyone I have worked with is extremely well-rounded and genuinely cares about the products that they produce.” He enjoys being part of a team that cares deeply about the seniors at The Blake.
When he isn’t working, Connor enjoys saltwater fishing and pretty much any outdoor activity. He also loves spending time with his buddies and watching sports.

Renee Matheny
VP of Culture
As the Vice President of Culture, Renee helps to ensure that each community is living to its true potential by instilling our core values, such as excellence and joy, into the everyday lives of our residents and employees. She is a person who is full of compassion, empathy, and kindness, and has made a significant difference in the lives of our residents and employees throughout her time with our company. With over 15 years of experience in Senior Living, Renee understands the needs of our residents, residents' families, and employees, and she ensures that every member of The Blake family ends the day with a smile on their face. In her new position, Renee looks forward to building a community in which both our residents and team members can grow and thrive. Her and her husband Joe live in Shreveport, Louisiana and stay busy with their grandsons Kiptyn, Slayter, and Ryder.

Connie Gruno
VP of Dining Services
Connie comes to QSLM with ten years of experience in senior living dining services. A native of central Mississippi, she holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Mississippi State University. Prior to entering the senior living industry, Connie owned and operated a family style restaurant and catering service in Meridian, Mississippi. For 25 years, she served Meridian and surrounding areas homestyle, made from scratch recipes she learned to prepare from some of the best teachers in the world, her grandmothers!! Connie entered the senior living industry as a Director of Dining Services for Morrison Community Living in 2012, working with Methodist Senior Services campuses throughout Mississippi. In her time with Compass Group, she supported communities is Mississippi, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
Connie joined Blake Management Group in 2019 as Director of Dining at The Claiborne at Adelaide in Starkville, MS. She continues to learn from many experienced culinary and catering professionals throughout the industry. On joining the QSLM team Connie states, “I am proud to be a part of the QSL family. The core values of Excellence, Compassion, Integrity, Joy, Safety, and Leadership mirror my own personal goal of enriching the lives of the elders we serve. The wealth of knowledge within our communities makes working here more like an education than a job. My colleagues also make it a wonderful place to be, and I greatly appreciate the opportunity.” Connie is mother to one son, Danny, and one beautiful granddaughter, Keifer-Lee.

Aldo Ancheta
VP of Asset Management
Born in Costa Rica and raised in the Southeastern United States, Aldo has called Chattanooga, TN home for the past 19 years. He has dedicated nearly 15 years to senior living operations, a calling in which he has experienced various roles throughout his career. Currently, Aldo serves as the VP of Asset Management at QSLM, where he leverages his extensive and diverse expertise in operations and finance to ensure the financial viability and efficiency of new and current operations. Outside of his professional endeavors, Aldo is passionate about soccer, backpacking, hiking, and DIY home projects. He cherishes spending quality time with his wife and two children, traveling, and building meaningful relationships.

Jason Hendrickson
Controller
Jason Hendrickson is the Controller at QSL Management. He is originally from Centerburg, Ohio, and has received his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Muskingum University in New Concord, Ohio. He has 16 years of experience in Long Term Care with Laurel Health Care Co.
Jason's favorite part of working at QSL Management is the family atmosphere in the office. When he isn't working, he likes to watch anything motorsports-related, especially drag racing.
