Meet Our Team

Christine Porter serves as the Reunion Program Coordinator at Barclay House of Stuart. She is a Nursing Assistant (NA) and CDP (Certified Dementia Practitioner) and is certified in medical terminology, EEGs, and sleep studies. She is also proficient in transcribing physicians’ written orders. She began her healthcare career at the age of 20 as an NA/Unit Clerk on a pediatric unit for several years. She later continued her career as an NA in skilled nursing and went on to gain experience working in numerous physicians’ offices. She has been working in Assisted Living for the past 10 years, bringing a wealth of healthcare experience and a genuine passion for caring for others.

From a young age, Christine always had a desire to care for seniors. Today, she finds tremendous fulfillment in helping residents find joy, purpose, and meaningful connections. Creating moments that bring happiness to residents and enriching their daily lives is what fuels her passion for serving others.

Outside of work, Christine is a proud mother of four and grandmother to one granddaughter. She also shares her home with her two cats. On her days off, her favorite way to spend the day is simply relaxing, unwinding, and enjoying a slower pace.

Patrick Boursiquot serves as the Director of Facility Management. Originally from Nyack, New York, Patrick holds a technical degree in Network Engineering and brings a diverse professional background to his role.

Patrick began his career in marketing and worked as an Executive Casino Host at Trump Plaza before transitioning to senior living after moving to Florida in 2012. He began working as a Plant Director in senior living and, in 2019, joined Symphony at Stuart, now Barclay House of Stuart, as Director of Facility Management.

Patrick’s favorite part of working in senior living is knowing he can make a real difference in someone’s quality of life. He especially enjoys being part of the QSLM team, where everyone works together toward a common goal.

Kimberly Rau is the Director of Dining Servies at Barclay House of Stuart. Originally from Western, MA, Kimberly has her Food Safety Managers license. She’s worked in the Senior Living industry since 2012. She started out at a Long-Term Care Hospital, where her grandfather had worked all of his life, and then moved on to a Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center. In 2017, she relocated to Florida to work for Symphony at Stuart and has remained since it's become the Barclay House.

Kimberly feels honored to work with the senior community and loves building relationships with the residents. She says that it's not just about providing a service, but about getting to know them—their experiences, their humor, and their routines—a little more every day. Being able to become a part of each of their lives is a rewarding experience for her. She enjoys working for QSLM because leadership takes pride in their employees' well-being, which is extremely important when providing care.

Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys doing anything outdoors. She has three children (one girl and two boys) and they like fishing, boating, taking nature walks and, of course, going to the beach. They also like to watch Nascar and hockey.
