Christine Denora
Director of Business Operations
Christine Denora serves as the Director of Business Operations at Barclay House of Stuart. Originally from Staten Island, NY, she has her CORE license. Christine has been in Senior Living for 10 years. She started in Independent Living and moved into Assisted Living along the way. It's been a rewarding journey for her, and today, she really enjoys being there for our residents and families, building meaningful connections with them and hearing their life stories, and making a positive difference in their lives.
Christine enjoys working for QSLM because there’s a shared drive across the team to do things well, support each other, and keep pushing forward, even when it's challenging. This attitude makes the day-to-day work feel purposeful, not just routine.
When Christine isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family, seeing live bands, and taking impromptu getaways.
Kimberly Rau
Director of Dining Services
Kimberly Rau is the Director of Dining Servies at Barclay House of Stuart. Originally from Western, MA, Kimberly has her Food Safety Managers license. She’s worked in the Senior Living industry since 2012. She started out at a Long-Term Care Hospital, where her grandfather had worked all of his life, and then moved on to a Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center. In 2017, she relocated to Florida to work for Symphony at Stuart and has remained since it's become the Barclay House.
Kimberly feels honored to work with the senior community and loves building relationships with the residents. She says that it's not just about providing a service, but about getting to know them—their experiences, their humor, and their routines—a little more every day. Being able to become a part of each of their lives is a rewarding experience for her. She enjoys working for QSLM because leadership takes pride in their employees' well-being, which is extremely important when providing care.
Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys doing anything outdoors. She has three children (one girl and two boys) and they like fishing, boating, taking nature walks and, of course, going to the beach. They also like to watch Nascar and hockey.
