QSL Management: A Story of Family
Every story starts somewhere – ours starts with family. When our co-founder, Glenn Barclay, started looking for a senior living community for his mother-in-law, Bertile, he had a determination to find a place for her that would embrace her as family and that really felt like home. It was his love and care for her that inspired him to create a new style of senior living communities: with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that encourages togetherness.
As soon as you walk in the doors of a QSLM community, you can feel the same sense of belonging and hospitality that Glenn created for Bertile. We care about everyone who lives at our communities, not just as a resident but as our own family. That philosophy is at the core of our senior living experience. From our activities program to our dining, we place family and connection at the center. It’s this dedication to building a close-knit community that makes a QSLM community feel like home.
