Meet Our Team

Alise Frederick is the Director of Sales at The Blake at Lafayette. She was born and raised in Youngsville, LA, and currently resides in Broussard, LA, with her husband of 20 years and their two children, a 16-year-old son and a 14-year-old daughter.

Alise graduated from McNeese State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2007. Over the last 18 years, Alise has worked as an Account Executive in the home healthcare and hospice fields. Her drive to work in senior care is motivated by her desire to make a daily, meaningful difference in seniors' lives. She enjoys hearing life stories, building deep connections, and gaining wisdom through conversation.

Alise notes that working at QSLM requires a whole-team effort. By working hand in hand with one another, the team helps residents at The Blake at Lafayette have the best senior living experience possible.

When not working, Alise enjoys spending time with family and friends, being involved with her children's school events, attending concerts, cooking, attending her children's sporting events, and hosting and planning events.

Felicia Rodriguez is the Director of Wellness at The Blake at Lafayette. Originally from Austin, TX, she’s lived in Louisiana since August of 2009 and currently resides in Mire. She worked as a Pharmacy Technician from 2009 to 2020 and then became an LPN in 2019. Felicia has worked in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities as a floor nurse, both day and night shift, CNA Supervisor, QA Nurse, Infection Control Preventionist, ADON, and as a Scheduler.

Her favorite part about working with seniors is the depth of perspective she gets from residents. Felicia believes you don’t just interact with someone in the moment, but connect with decades of life experiences, stories, and lessons that you won’t find in books.

Outside of work, Felicia is spending time with her four children; 3 girls aged 3, 14, and 17, and one boy who is 10. They all love the outdoors, camping, and mud riding.

Beth Hall is the Director of Business Operations here at The Blake at Lafayette. Originally from Ohio, Beth has been in Louisianna for 24 years and in the Lafayette area for four. She has been working in the senior living realm for those 24 years, including time at a tube feeding company, an LTC pharmacy, and as an office manager. Her favorite part of working with seniors is hearing the stories about their families, careers, and just general conversations. Beth is grateful to be a part of a team that has been consistently supportive and helpful. 

When she's not working, Beth is spending time with her girls, 22 and 11 and a 9-month-old granddaughter. She also enjoys flea markets, thrift stores, going to the beach, and reading a good book.  

Originally from Abbeville, Lisa Pero is the Assistant Director of Wellness at The Blake at Lafayette. She has 23 years of experience as a nurse, was the Assistant Director of Nursing, and has been an Infection Control/QA and Floor nurse.

Her favorite part about working with seniors is listening to their stories and life experiences that they share. She also loves to make them smile. To Lisa, QSLM is a joyful atmosphere and family friendly place to work.

When she’s not working, Lisa is fishing or enjoying the outdoors. She’s down to earth, works well with others, and she’s always willing to help.

Clara McDowell Wilkinson is the Director of Activities at The Blake at Lafayette. She was born in Austin, Texas, and recently moved to Lafayette from Shreveport, Louisiana. Clara has a Bachelor's in Sociology, from LSU-S, as well as a Resident Activity Director certification. She loves learning from our seniors—they have much wisdom and knowledge—and she enjoys being a bright spot in their day, bringing smiles, love, and laughter. When she’s not working, Clara enjoys spending time with her own family and friends.

Originally from Lafayette, Louisiana, Dadanana Mason serves as the Memory Care Director at The Blake at Lafayette, bringing a strong clinical foundation, a passion for senior care, and a commitment to excellence in resident-centered services. She holds an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN), is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), and has earned a certification in wound care.

Dadanana’s professional background encompasses long-term care, dementia care, substance abuse and mental health services, admissions and shift-lead nursing, and CNA supervision. These diverse experiences have strengthened her clinical knowledge, leadership abilities, and understanding of the importance of individualized care, teamwork, and effective communication.

One of the most rewarding aspects of working with seniors for Dadanana is witnessing the gratitude and comfort reflected in their smiles when they receive compassionate, attentive care. She believes every resident deserves dignity, respect, patience, and the opportunity to experience meaningful moments each day.

What Dadanana values most about working at QSLM is the opportunity to reconnect with the assisted living and memory care communities, build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, and contribute to an environment where individuals feel safe, valued, and supported. She takes immense pride in being part of a team that makes a positive difference in the lives of those they serve.

Outside of work, Dadanana enjoys expressing her creativity through candle making, floral arrangements, and handcrafted soaps. These hobbies allow her to explore her artistic side while embracing the creativity and attention to detail she also brings to her professional life.

Dadanana is deeply committed to her work, the residents and families entrusted to her care, her fellow team members, and the organization she represents. She believes professionalism, integrity, compassion, and accountability should be reflected not only in the workplace but also in everyday life. She strives to lead by example, represent QSLM with pride, and foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and excellence in everything she does.
