Kelli LeJeune serves as the Executive Director at The Blake at Lafayette, bringing a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and heart to her role. A native of Golden Meadow, Louisiana, Kelli holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies from Nicholls State University, a Master of Health Administration, and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Louisiana State University. She is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP).
Kelli began her career in health care over 25 years ago. Today, she is just as committed to maintaining quality care for seniors. Her commitment to excellence and passion for enhancing the lives of older adults laid a strong foundation for her leadership in the senior living sector.
Her favorite part of working with seniors is the opportunity to make meaningful connections and positively impact their daily lives. She finds deep inspiration in their wisdom, humor, and gratitude, and values the lessons she learns through each interaction.
At QSLM, Kelli is drawn to the organization's emphasis on joy and excellence—two values she believes create a culture where both residents and team members thrive.
Outside of work, Kelli enjoys traveling and cherishing time with her family, especially her beloved grandson, Baylor.
