Katy-Mack Davis is the Area Director of Sales at The Blake at Township. She was born and raised in Louisiana and earned her bachelor's degree from Louisiana Tech University. She has been in senior living for more than 10 years and has loved every minute of it. Her favorite part of working with seniors is listening to the stories they tell and soaking up all their wisdom. Katy-Mack loves working for The Blake because of her compassionate team and the quality of life that they provide for seniors. “From the many activities to wellness, the residents of The Blake are offered the socialization and care they need and deserve,” she says. When Katy-Mack isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband, Kyle, have two kids, Declan and Harper-Kate, who always keep them on their toes! She also enjoys reading and shopping.

Lafiett Mallett
Director of Wellness
Lafiett Mallett is the Director of Wellness at The Blake at Township. Originally from Mississippi, Lafiett is a Licensed Practical Nurse and a Certified Dementia Practitioner.
Lafiett brings a diverse and impressive background to her role, including experience in pediatric nursing, celebrity nursing, and as the owner of a nursing agency. Her dedication to compassionate care and clinical excellence is evident in everything she does.
When asked about her favorite part of working with seniors, Lafiett shared, “They are good listeners—even if they’re hard of hearing—and they are always respectful.”
She appreciates that QSLM invests in its team members. “The company believes in educating their workers so that everyone has an opportunity to grow,” she says.
Outside of work, Lafiett enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling.
Katina Taylor
Director of Business Operations
Katina Taylor serves as the Director of Business Operations at The Blake at Township. Originally from Jackson, Mississippi, Katina brings over 25 years of customer service experience to her role, including time spent working for the City of Jackson Water Department in customer service, accounting, and research. She began her career as a childcare provider and CNA, which laid the foundation for her passion for helping others. Katina’s favorite part of working with seniors is the wisdom and life lessons they share—insights that often prompt her to reflect on her values and priorities. What she enjoys most about working at QSLM is the residents; no matter how her day is going, stepping through the doors of Township always lifts her spirits. Outside of work, Katina loves spending quality time with family and friends or relaxing at home watching movies. Having been with the company for eight years, she considers QSLM her home away from home and cherishes the sense of family that defines the organization.
Victoria Allen
Area Talent Coordinator
Victoria brings nearly 12 years of dedicated experience to her role at The Blake. Starting as a Personal Assistant, she steadily grew within the community, taking on leadership roles including Lead PA, Director of Memory Care, Director of Activities, and Director of Recruitment and Retention before becoming Area Talent Coordinator.
Born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi, Victoria’s favorite part of working with seniors is the joy she finds in socializing and engaging with the residents. She appreciates that QSLM offers continuous opportunities to grow and learn new skills, making each day rewarding and full of purpose.
When she’s not working, Victoria enjoys shopping and cherishing quality time with her family.
Rachel Edwards
Director of Activities
Rachel Edwards serves as the Director of Activities at The Blake at Township. Originally from Brandon, Mississippi, in the Reservoir area, Rachel brings nearly a decade of experience in senior living, including her first five years at The Blake at Flowood.
She has completed the Basic Activity Director Course and is recognized as a Qualified Professional by the Mississippi Health Care Association (October 2024).
Rachel’s favorite part of working with seniors is the daily interaction—whether through engaging group activities or meaningful one-on-one conversations. She finds true fulfillment in building connections and creating joyful experiences for residents.
What Rachel enjoys most about working at QSLM is the strong sense of camaraderie among her team at The Blake at Township. She credits the supportive work family and resident relationships for making each day enjoyable and rewarding.
Outside of work, Rachel loves reading, spending time with family and friends, and simply enjoying life. She is especially close to her niece and two nephews, and shares her home with three rescue dogs and a cat—her beloved “zoo.”
Anita Kelley
Reunion Program Coordinator
Anita Kelly serves as the Reunion Program Coordinator at The Blake at Township, where she brings compassion, energy, and hands-on experience to her role in Memory Care. A native of Jackson, Mississippi, Anita has been working with individuals living with dementia for over eight years and has built a career centered around care, connection, and meaningful engagement.
Anita began her journey in senior care as a Personal Assistant in Memory Care in Flowood, Mississippi. Her dedication and leadership quickly earned her a promotion to Lead PA, and shortly after, she was promoted again to Reunion Program Coordinator. Her experience also includes caring for individuals with special needs and providing in-home support for elderly clients, assisting with ADLs, and emotional companionship.
Anita’s favorite part of working with seniors is engaging with memory care residents through activities that spark joy and stimulate connection. “I love seeing the smiles on their faces—those moments remind me why I do what I do.”
At QSLM, Anita values the camaraderie of her coworkers and the meaningful relationships she builds with residents every day. “It’s more than a job—it’s a family.”
When she's not at work, Anita enjoys pampering herself, spending time with her family, and traveling.
Elijah McCreary
Director of Facilities Management
Elijah McCreary is the Director of Facility Management at QSLM, bringing a strong background in leadership and community support to his role. Originally from Mobile, Alabama—Roll Tide!—Elijah holds certifications in Electrical and Computer Networking from Belhaven University and Hinds Community College.
Elijah is passionate about providing compassionate service to seniors, finding great fulfillment in demonstrating care and respect to each individual he serves. His favorite part of working at QSLM is the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the organization and the lives it impacts, along with the chance to travel to other communities to offer support.
Outside of work, Elijah enjoys expressing his creativity through music, especially playing the bass guitar and keyboard. He values being a team player and is proud to be part of a mission-driven company like QSLM.
Mark Jackson
Director of Dining Services
Mark Jackson serves as the Director of Dining Services at The Blake at Township, where he brings a rich background in culinary arts and hospitality to the community’s dining experience. A proud Mississippi native, Mark has dedicated his career to delivering exceptional food and service with a personal touch.
He earned his culinary degree from The Opryland Culinary Institute in Nashville, Tennessee, where he trained at the prestigious Opryland Hotel and Resort. Mark began his career in Natchez, MS, working at several local restaurants while studying Hotel Restaurant Management. His experience includes roles such as Assistant Chef at the Country Club of Jackson and Executive Chef at the Hattiesburg Country Club. He later transitioned into higher education dining, serving as Chef at East Central Community College through Elior North America.
Mark’s favorite part of working with seniors is getting to know each resident and learning about their unique backgrounds. He finds great fulfillment in providing both care and hospitality, creating meaningful experiences through each meal served.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys woodworking and spending time outdoors, pursuing hobbies that reflect his creativity and love for craftsmanship.
Nepolian Williams
Assistant Director of Facilities Management
Napoleon Williams is the Assistant Director of Facility Maintenance at QSLM. Originally from Yazoo City, Mississippi, he now resides in Ridgeland, MS. Napoleon brings over 22 years of experience in facility maintenance and holds certifications as a Building Inspector from the City of Jackson and as a Compliance Inspector from the State of Mississippi.
Napoleon’s favorite part of working with seniors is seeing the joy on their faces each day. He finds true fulfillment in the relationships he builds with both residents and staff, which he considers the most rewarding aspect of working at QSLM.
Outside of work, Napoleon enjoys spending quality time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He is known for his dedication and commitment to his role, consistently going above and beyond to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for all.
