Jan Eagles is the Executive Director at The Barclay at Little River, where she brings 25 years of nursing experience and a lifelong passion for senior care. Originally from North Carolina, Jan has built her career around serving older adults through roles in assisted living management, long-term care, home health, and wound care.
Known for her compassionate leadership, Jan’s favorite part of her work is building genuine relationships with residents and helping create a community that feels like home. She credits the support system at QSL Management as the best she’s experienced in her career—one that empowers her to lead with confidence and heart.
Outside of work, Jan enjoys being outdoors, fishing, and traveling. She is also a proud grandmother to four wonderful little boys, with another grandchild on the way.

Kimberly Todd
Director of Sales

Kimberly Todd serves as the Director of Sales at The Barclay at Little River. A proud local, Kimberly was born and raised in Little River, South Carolina. She attended the University of South Carolina, where she majored in Public Relations.
Following college, Kimberly returned to her hometown and began a 16-year career in sales and marketing within youth baseball. In April 2021, she transitioned into the senior living industry as Assistant Sales Director and was promoted to Sales Director in 2023.
Kimberly’s favorite part of working with seniors is the deep, personal connections she builds with them. She treasures the conversations where residents share stories of their younger years, careers, and unique life experiences. These relationships often extend beyond her professional role—her young son especially enjoys visiting The Barclay and greeting the residents.
At QSLM, Kimberly finds joy in guiding prospective residents and their families through the process of joining the community. She loves witnessing the moment when everything comes together and a new resident moves in—a milestone that QSLM proudly celebrates.
Outside of work, Kimberly cherishes time with her husband and son. As a sports-loving family, they enjoy watching and attending football, basketball, baseball, softball, and golf events, especially college sports. Go Gamecocks! They are also active in their church and value time spent with their church family.
Kimberly believes The Barclay is a truly special place and is passionate about helping families navigate the often overwhelming decision of choosing senior living. She is always ready to offer guidance and support with compassion and care.

Rachael Addis
Director of Wellness

Rachael Addis is the Director of Wellness at The Barclays at Little River. She is originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana. She began working as a CNA in 1997, and went to nursing school at the age of 35 to show her children that it's never too late to go to school. She earned her LPN accreditation through Medtech College.
Her favorite part of working with seniors is having the opportunity to be around them and build bonds with them. She says, "I genuinely enjoy working in the senior community. Our elders possess a wealth of knowledge and life experience that is often untapped, and I feel honored to learn from them every day. The relationships I’ve formed and the bonds that continue to grow have been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career in the medical field." Her favorite part of working at a QSLM community is the support she's received from both her on-site team but also from Home Office. She says, "I feel fortunate to be part of an organization that is growing and expanding its reach, while continuing to provide compassionate, quality care to the senior community across multiple regions."
When Rachael isn't working, she enjoys spending quality time with friends and family. She travels back to Indiana as often as she can to stay connected with her roots. When asked if there is anything else she'd like to share, she says "I feel truly blessed to be part of the QSLM team, and I’m excited to continue seeing the smiles on our residents' faces for years to come."

Dawn Blake
Director of Business Operations

Originally from Burlington, Iowa, Dawn R. Blake has lived in South Carolina for the past 26 years. She studied Business Management and Accounting and brings a diverse professional background to her role, including experience in accounting, human resources, and as the owner and manager of a general contracting company.
Dawn’s favorite part of working with seniors is hearing their stories and seeing the joy that lights up their faces as they share their life experiences. These meaningful connections are what fuel her passion for senior living.
Though new to The Barclay at Little River, Dawn is already loving her team and the supportive environment of the community.
Outside of work, she enjoys music and spending quality time with her granddaughters. Family is at the heart of everything she does.

Traci Rocco
Assistant Director of Wellness

Traci Rocco serves as the Assistant Director of Wellness and Director of Memory Care at The Barclay at Little River. A Licensed Practical Nurse with over 16 years of experience, Traci received her nursing education from OCTVS in Toms River, New Jersey. While she has worked in various areas of nursing, her heart has always been in geriatrics.
Originally from New Jersey, Traci brings a deep passion for senior care, especially when it comes to listening to residents' life stories—from their careers and hobbies to the places they've called home. Her favorite part of working at QSL Management is the strong sense of camaraderie and support from her team.
Outside of work, Traci enjoys trying new things, traveling, and spending time with friends. She is excited about her future and continued growth within the QSLM family.

Benitha George
Reunion Program Coordinator

Benitha George serves as the Reunion Program Coordinator at The Barclay at Little River, where she plays an essential role in supporting residents through personalized care and meaningful engagement. A native of Tabor City, North Carolina, Benitha brings over two decades of hands-on experience in senior care.
She is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with 22 years of experience and has served as a Medication Technician for the past 8 years. Her career has also included leadership roles such as Lead Med Tech and Care Coordinator, giving her a well-rounded perspective on resident care and team collaboration.
Benitha’s favorite part of working with seniors is listening to their stories and learning about their past experiences—a daily reminder of the wisdom and richness each resident brings to the community. At QSLM, she values the opportunity to care for others and truly make a difference in their lives.
Outside of work, Benitha enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and shopping.

Darrin Blanchette
Director of Dining Services

Darrin Blanchette is the Director of Dining Services at The Barclay at Little River. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Darrin brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles as Director of Operations, General Manager, and Executive Chef.
He finds great fulfillment in being part of seniors’ lives during their golden years and takes pride in making every meal special for them. Darrin appreciates the exceptional care that QSLM provides to its residents and is proud to contribute to that mission.
When he’s not working, Darrin enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending quality time with his family—especially his granddaughter.
