Judy Belk provides her expertise in development, finance, food service, and operations. As a broker and developer in Alabama and Florida, Mrs. Belk has over 30 years of experience in developing, owning, and managing commercial real estate properties. She has hands-on experience in supervision of food service with over 30 years in the ownership and operation of restaurants with locations across Alabama. She received her certification to manage Assisted Living and Specialty Care facilities as an Assisted Living Administrator, Category II License, in Alabama. She has served in numerous board capacities including President of the Mobile County School Board, Chairman of the Board for the Alabama Restaurant Association, and as director for a local bank board for over ten years. She is a University of South Alabama graduate with a BS in Business Education and a MS in Secondary Education. She resides with her husband, Steve, in Citronelle, Alabama.

Andy Yarborough
CEO
Andy Yarborough brings extensive development experience to QSLM. He has actively directed the development, financing, acquisition, and marketing of commercial real estate properties throughout the southeast. As CEO of QSLM, Andy plays a lead role in site selection, market analysis, legal and organizational structure, finance, pre-development, and development services for our communities. His unique perspective on creativity and design in development, coupled with his steadfast implementation of critical project underwriting and analysis, has solidified his position as a core component of QSLM, aiding in the company's success in the senior housing market. Andy graduated from Hampden-Sydney College with a Bachelor of Economics degree.
Mary Ellen Pisanelli
Director
Mary Ellen Pisanelli joined the QSLM board in August 2024. She brings over 40 years of in-depth knowledge and experience in the seniors housing industry to the board. In July 2023, Mary Ellen retired from Welltower Inc. (WELL: NYSE) as its Senior Vice President – Legal and Administration. As a member of Welltower’s Senior Leadership Team, she provided legal and administrative oversight of Welltower’s portfolio of U.S.-based real estate assets, as well as oversight of a number of corporate, finance and administrative functions. Mary Ellen’s historical knowledge of the seniors housing industry, her familiarity with operational issues from the perspectives of both a landlord and a capital partner, coupled with her expertise in corporate governance, enterprise risk management, capital markets, vendor relationships and other matters, complements the skills of the other board members and makes her a valuable member of the QSLM team. Prior to joining Welltower, Mary Ellen was a partner at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP and served as a member of the firm’s Management Committee. For over twenty years, she was Shumaker’s Relationship Partner for Welltower and Co-Chair of the firm’s REIT practice group. During her time at Shumaker, Mary Ellen led the transaction teams that supported Welltower’s growth and numerous successful debt and equity offerings totaling over $30 billion. Active in the Northwest Ohio community for almost 40 years, Ms. Pisanelli served as a member of the Board of Trustees of The University of Toledo for over eight years and Chair of the Board for two years. She also served on the Board of Directors of the Toledo Museum of Art for over ten years and chaired its Audit Committee for over six years. She served on the Board of the Toledo Zoo for over ten years and served as the President of its Board of Directors for two years. Ms. Pisanelli earned her J.D. from Temple University School of Law, her M.A. from the University of Chicago and her B.A. from the University of Vermont, graduating as a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the recipient of the Outstanding Woman of the Year Award.
