Jackie Estes is the Community Sales Manager at River's Edge by Barclay House. A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Jackie holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Social Work from Oglethorpe University.
With a strong background in real estate sales and management, Jackie brings valuable experience to her role. She loves working with seniors, especially hearing about their careers and life experiences. Helping them find their next “home” is the most rewarding part of her work at QSLM.
Outside of work, Jackie enjoys staying active through workouts, teaching SPIN classes, and personal training. She also treasures time spent with family and friends and enjoys just about anything outdoors.

Originally from Austin, Texas, Molly Mack brings energy, creativity, and a passion for connection to her role as Activities Coordinator at River’s Edge by Barclay House.
Her favorite part of working with seniors is hearing their stories and learning what life was like during their time. “I love hearing about their past—it’s like stepping into a living history book.”
Molly appreciates the creative freedom she has in her role, allowing her to design engaging, meaningful experiences for the residents.
Outside of work, Molly enjoys shopping, going to concerts, and embracing the vibrant music culture she grew up with in Austin. A devoted animal lover, she shares her life with three dogs and a cat.
Jerry Schroeter
Executive Chef
Jerry Schroeter is the Executive Chef at River’s Edge by Barclay House. Originally from Cleveland, Jerry has been cooking for 38 years and has specialized in senior living dining since 2007.
His favorite part of working with seniors? “They keep you on your toes,” he says with a smile. Jerry enjoys the ever-evolving nature of his role at QSLM and values the new opportunities that come with it.
When he’s not in the kitchen, you can find Jerry fishing and relaxing in his downtime.
