Ruthie Horton serves as the Executive Director at Glenncrest at Siegen. Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, she moved to Greeley, Colorado, at age 21 and spent much of her career in the Denver area before returning to Baton Rouge in 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Therapy from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley and is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Colorado. Her career began as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist at a rehabilitation hospital, followed by 15 years as an Activity Director in skilled nursing. She later served as an ombudsman with the Denver Regional Council on Governments, then launched her own senior referral and activity consulting business in the early 2000s. In 2009, she became a Nursing Home Administrator, a role she held until her move back to Louisiana, where she has since focused on leading assisted living communities as an Executive Director. Her favorite part of working with seniors is learning from their wisdom and rich life experiences. She especially values seeing the joy they feel when they rediscover purpose and meaning in their lives. What she appreciates most about working at Glenncrest at Siegen is the support of a nearby, connected team that shares her commitment to quality senior living. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two children, a 17-year-old son and a 12-year-old daughter, alongside her husband of 36 years, Tom. She is also passionate about helping others reach their fullest potential and cherishes caring for the family’s many pets, including three dogs, three cats, and six guinea pigs.

Tracy Hugenroth

Tracy Hugenroth serves as the Director of Sales at Glenncrest at Siegen. Originally from Metairie, Louisiana, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University. Her professional background includes experience in both pharmaceutical sales and physical therapy sales, where she developed strong relationship-building and communication skills that continue to serve her well in senior living. Her favorite part of working with seniors is connecting with them and their families as they begin a new and exciting chapter in life. She finds it deeply rewarding to help guide them through important decisions with care and understanding. What she values most about working at Glenncrest at Siegen is being part of a community where excellence, joy, safety, and compassion are core values. She believes these principles are essential to creating a supportive environment for both residents and team members. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending local sporting events, and being outdoors whenever possible.

La'Adriana Doss

La'Adriana Doss serves as the Director of Wellness at Glenncrest at Siegen. Originally from Fayette, Mississippi, she earned her nursing degree from Alcorn State University in 2020 and holds certifications as a CNA, BLS provider, and Certified Case Manager. Her nursing career began at Baton Rouge General on the Medical-Surgical unit, where she also gained experience in orthopedics, geriatrics, and oncology. She later worked in home health, travel nursing, and served as a Unit Manager at a nursing and rehabilitation center before joining Glenncrest at Siegen. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with seniors and finds purpose in supporting their health and quality of life. At Glenncrest at Siegen, she values the compassionate, wellness-focused environment and the dedication of her team. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities like ATV riding and fishing, and loves spending time with her family.

Jenny Malcolm
Director of Business Operations

Jenny Malcolm serves as the Director of Business Operations at Glenncrest at Siegen. Originally from New Iberia, Louisiana, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Southwestern Louisiana. After college, she lived in several states before settling in Baton Rouge in 2004 to be closer to family. Her background includes 16 years at ADP as both an Implementation Manager and Project Manager, followed by three years as a Business Manager for a Wealth Management Group. She later joined Sunrise Senior Living in 2017 as a Business Office Coordinator. Although this is her first experience working with seniors, she has quickly grown to love it, cherishing the opportunity to connect with residents and hear their life stories. She already feels welcomed at Glenncrest and appreciates the caring and down-to-earth environment. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, boating, and spending time with her husband and daughter. She also shares a deep love for animals with her husband and over the years, they have cared for 17 dogs and 3 cats.

Ella Chevis

She is from New Orleans, Louisiana, and is a Licensed Practical Nurse with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration from Independence University, earned in 2020. With over 20 years of experience in management and leadership roles, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her position. She enjoys listening to seniors’ stories and learning from their pasts, which helps her personalize their care and build trusting relationships. What she values most about working at Glenncrest at Siegen is the opportunity for growth.

Kim Bunch
Director of Activities

Kim Bunch is the Director of Activities at Glenncrest at Siegen. She is from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and has earned several certifications focused on Alzheimer’s care through ongoing education, conferences, and workshops. Her training covers dementia care best practices, behavioral approaches for memory loss, and effective communication techniques for individuals living with Alzheimer’s. Before joining Glenncrest, she spent 12 years working in the East Baton Rouge Parish School System, teaching grades 3 through 5, including children with learning disabilities who needed one-on-one instruction. She values the connections she shares with seniors through stories, laughter, and life experiences, and finds joy in being part of their lives. She is excited about this new chapter at Glenncrest and appreciates the welcoming and supportive team. Outside of work, she enjoys sports, especially LSU football and baseball, as well as NASCAR. She also loves going to church, cooking for her family, and entertaining loved ones. She has a special love for animals and currently shares her home with a cat named Jazz.

Onalise Malik
Director of Memory Care

Onalise Malik is the Director of Memory Care at Glenncrest at Siegen. Originally from Plaucheville, Louisiana, she grew up in Baton Rouge. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders with minors in Psychology and Latin, as well as a master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, all from Louisiana State University. She also holds an “essentiALZ” certification from the Alzheimer’s Association. While trained as a speech pathologist, she has not practiced recently, and previously managed a renovation and restoration construction company before returning to senior living. Her favorite part of working with seniors is seeing the joy on their faces as they share their stories and life experiences, and she finds great meaning in serving and enriching their days. Although new to QSLM, she appreciates the welcoming and relaxed nature of the management team. Outside of work, she enjoys quiet time, family gatherings, worship, traveling, exploring the outdoors, and anything LSU sports-related. She looks forward to continuing to enrich the lives of seniors through her work.

Ricky Rodriguez
Director of Facility Management

Ricky Rodriguez is the Director of Facilities Management at Glenncrest at Siegen. Born in Germany and raised in Sorrento, Louisiana, he earned a National Certification as an Industrial Electrician through trade school at ABC Pelican Chapter. With 35 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Electrician, including six years as Maintenance Lead at one of Louisiana’s largest hospitals, he brings extensive expertise to his role. He enjoys working with seniors for their wisdom and life stories and finds fulfillment in meeting their needs. What he values most about working at Glenncrest at Siegen is the leadership and passion shown by the entire team, which makes work enjoyable. When not working, he likes spending time with family and friends, doing DIY projects, and attending sporting events. He credits his faith for guiding him to the right place in his career and life.

Michael Smith
Director of Dining Services

Michael Smith is the Director of Dining Services at Glenncrest at Siegen, overseeing cooks, dishwashers, and servers to ensure excellence in meal preparation and service standards, while maintaining sanitation compliance and providing residents with physician-prescribed diets. A lifelong resident of Jackson, Louisiana, he holds degrees in Accounting from Folkes Vocational Technical College and Culinary Arts from Baton Rouge Vocational Technical College. His experience includes roles as chef at Bear Corners Restaurant and The Bluffs on Thompson Creek Clubhouse, General Manager and Executive Chef at Café American, and Dining Services Coordinator at Sunrise of Baton Rouge and Sunrise at Siegen. He loves doing what he does daily, making a difference by personalizing care for residents. He values the refreshing attitudes of the new management team at QSLM and looks forward to growing in this environment. Outside work, he is a licensed caterer who enjoys party planning and event consulting, and he generously donates meals from his events to those in need through his church.
