John Aventi serves as the General Manager at Haywood Estates by Barclay House. He is from Fargo, North Dakota, and has a Real Estate license. His background is in Operations, Team Building and Coaching, Sales, Interior Design, and Healthcare Supply Chain Management.
John’s favorite part of working with seniors is the different stories he gets to hear about their lives, where they're from, and what they did growing up. He always encourages the seniors to show him photos and share their stories. He enjoys working at QSLM because he feels that he’s making a real difference in so many people’s lives, both residents and staff. He enjoys being a true Servant Leader.
Outside of work, John is a “big foodie guy” and loves trying new places and doing foodie reviews. He also loves to bike, hike, travel, fly his drone, and take pictures.
