Kristoff is the Community Sales Manager at Lighthouse Pointe by Barclay House and brings with him a passion for people and a strong background in both sales and service. Originally from Queens, New York, Kristoff spent over a decade in the flooring industry and previously held roles in sales management—experience that has helped him build strong, trusting relationships with residents and families alike.
He finds deep fulfillment in knowing he’s making a real difference in the lives of seniors by helping them improve their quality of life. For Kristoff, it’s not just about helping someone move—it’s about helping them feel at home.
He appreciates being part of QSLM, a company he describes as fair, supportive, and always willing to assist its team.
Outside of work, Kristoff enjoys being outdoors, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family. A fun fact: he was one of the top two trumpet players in the all-city band for Virginia Beach and still owns his trumpet today.
