Stephanie Frazier is the Executive Director at The Blake at St. Johns. She is from a small town in Southern Illinois called Edwardsville. She attended Concordia University in Ann Arbor, Michigan, on a 4-year volleyball scholarship and graduated with a major in Management and a minor in Communication. Stephanie has spent her entire career in Senior Living. She started in Activities with a St. Louis-based organization called Lutheran Senior Services. She then moved up to Memory Care Coordinator and was recruited to a South Florida organization called MorseLife in West Palm Beach, where she had several roles, including Memory Care Director, Executive Director, and SVP of Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and skilled level support services.
Stephanie loves working with seniors and making a difference in their lives. For her, it feels amazing to come home at the end of day knowing that she made an impact on people she considers to be family. She also loves being part of the QSLM team because they stand by their mission of, “We serve others.”
When Stephanie isn’t working, you will find her running, bicycling, enjoying the outdoors, spending time with her dog and cat, and watching the Hallmark channel.
