Allison serves as the Director of Sales at The Blake, bringing a wealth of experience from Saint Johns, FL. Holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of North Florida, she has dedicated 10 years to the customer service industry. This background has instilled a deep commitment to helping others, which is reflected in their work at The Blake. Working with seniors holds a special place in Allison's heart, as it reminds her of the close relationship she had with her grandpa. The joy of helping people find a place where they feel comfortable and happy is one of the most rewarding aspects to her. Outside of work, Allison enjoys offshore fishing, going to the beach, and traveling. They also cherish spending time with family, understanding the importance of ensuring loved ones are comfortable and happy. This personal connection to family and caregiving drives their dedication to their role at The Blake, striving to make a positive impact on the lives of the residents they serve.

Alisha Williams
Director of Wellness
Alisha Williams is the Director of Wellness at The Blake at St. Johns. A Jacksonville, Florida, native, she is an LPN who graduated from Concorde Nursing School and holds certifications in IV therapy and wound care. With a distinguished career in senior care, Alisha began as a CNA and advanced through various leadership roles, including desk nurse, wound care nurse, training nurse, long-term care unit manager, rehab unit manager, and Resident Service Director for Independent Living. She was later promoted to Director of Nursing for an Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living facility, gaining extensive experience in home health along the way. Passionate about enhancing the lives of older adults, she finds great joy in learning their life stories and building personal connections. At The Blake, she is dedicated to improving residents' well-being and quality of life. Outside of work, Alisha loves fishing, spending time outdoors, and watching football with her husband and children. A proud Navy veteran, she served for eight years as a diesel mechanic in the Seabees.
Elyse Cassara
Director of Business Operations
Elyse is the Director of Business Operations. She is originally from New York. She has lived in Northeast Florida for 35 years. She holds a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from Jacksonville University.
Elyse has been working in senior living for 11 years as well as has worked in construction. She believes Senior Living is her calling. Her favorite part about Senior Living is getting to know the residents and learning their stories. She finds the connections she makes with the residents enriches and brings joy to her life each day.
When she is not working, Elyse enjoys spending time with her family, enjoying mom and pop restaurants and shopping. Elyse volunteers for multiple organizations and is active in her church. She has three dogs.
Savannah Parker
Sales Coordinator
Savannah is the Sales Coordinator at The Blake at St. Johns. She was born in Cumming, GA, and has lived in Saint Johns for 22 years. Savannah has a BS in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences from FSU, where she also played collegiate softball. She has worked as an Office Administrator for an Interior Trim company for the last four years. Her favorite part of transitioning to work with seniors has been being able to create a warm, positive environment in a place they call home. When she’s not at work, Savannah is at the beach, fishing, and spending time with her family and dog, Bear.
Jessica Branson
Director of Memory Care
Jessica, Director of Memory Care at The Blake, brings over 15 years of experience working with adults with disabilities, where she advanced from caregiver to Director of Nursing. Five years ago, she transitioned into senior care and has been passionate about helping residents live fulfilled, joyful lives ever since.
A proud St. Augustine native, Jessica is a Licensed Practical Nurse, trained at First Coast Technical College, and a certified CPR instructor through the American Red Cross. She values the personal connections she builds with residents and families and loves The Blake’s welcoming atmosphere.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys traveling, relaxing at the beach, and discovering new local restaurants.
Ethel Batista
Director of Activities
As the Activities Director here at The Blake, I absolutely love creating meaningful, engaging experiences for our residents. I was born and raised in the Philippines, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. I moved to the United States about 12 years ago, and since then, I’ve found my true passion—working with and advocating for seniors.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to two energetic little boys and one big, lovable golden retriever. I’m also married to my soulmate, a wonderful Navy veteran. In my free time, you'll usually find me getting lost in a good book, discovering hidden gems while thrifting, and expressing myself through painting.
Grace Raymond
Reunion Program Coordinator
As the Reunion Program Coordinator at The Blake at St. Johns, Grace Raymond is committed to creating a vibrant, engaging environment where our residents feel connected, fulfilled, and excited about each day. She was born and raised in Burlington, Vermont, and moved to St Augustine in 2021. She has worked in senior living for 3 years as a caregiver and was a Med Tech at The Blake for almost a year before she stepped into her current role.
Grace’s favorite part of working with seniors is the relationships. She loves getting to know their stories, their personalities, and the experiences that shaped who they are. They have so much wisdom, humor, and perspective to share, and she learns something new from them every day. She finds it to be incredibly rewarding to be able to bring joy to their day, help them feel valued, and create moments that make them smile. She enjoys working at The Blake because of the sense of community. It truly feels like a family here—from the residents to the team members.
When Grace isn’t working, she enjoys shopping and spending time with her family, friends, and dog.
Jeremy Feole
Director of Facility Maintenance
Jeremy Feole, the Director of Facilities at The Blake, brings over 15 years of construction industry expertise to the role. Originally from Hendersonville, TN, and now residing in St. Augustine, Jeremy has extensive experience in commercial, residential, and multifamily construction, overseeing projects from ground up to turnover. A certified OSHA 30 professional, Jeremy is passionate about creating a safe, high-quality environment for residents. He finds great fulfillment in connecting with seniors, learning about their unique life stories, and contributing to their comfort and well-being. Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his family, staying active through exercise, and exploring the outdoors.
