Ashleigh White serves as the Director of Business Operations at Regency House by Barclay, where she brings a strong background in both public health and senior care administration. Her passion for creating a supportive, inclusive community is evident in every aspect of her work.
Originally from Mobile, Alabama, and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Ashleigh earned her undergraduate degree in Public Relations from Georgia State University and a master’s degree in Public Health from Strayer University.
Ashleigh has spent the past five years working in assisted living, beginning as a Business Office Manager before transitioning into the role of Memory Care Director, where she oversaw two memory care units in Decatur. She joined Regency House by Barclay in May 2025, bringing a well-rounded perspective and deep commitment to resident care.
She is especially passionate about working with seniors, a population she feels is often overlooked. “Everyone deserves to have their own sense of community,” she says, “and I’m happy to be a part of creating that for our residents.”
Ashleigh values the family-like atmosphere at QSLM and appreciates being surrounded by a team that feels more like a community than just coworkers.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking long walks, working out, traveling, and shopping.
